New Online Payment Option Available: AllPaid

Effective September 2025, the Town of Ixonia has transitioned to a new online payment provider: AllPaid. We are no longer using Official Payments for these transactions. AllPaid is a secure, trusted platform that accepts all major credit, debit, and prepaid debit cards—including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Whether you're paying for a Permit, Utilities, or a Dog License, AllPaid makes it easy to complete your transaction in just four steps:

How to Make a Payment:

or
navigate the Allpaid website

  1. 🌐 Visit allpaid.com
  2. Select Your Payment Destination Choose the appropriate department from the dropdown list:
    • Parks & Rec
    • Taxes
    • Misc.
    • Building Permits
    • Dog License
    • Utilities
  3. Enter Payment Information Provide the amount and any *required* reference details.
  4. Add Billing Info Input your name, address, and card details.
    1. Amount due will auto populate
    2. *Note: 3rd party processing fees apply
  5. Confirm Transaction Review everything and submit your payment securely.

Again, each service has its own dedicated payment link, so please be sure to select the correct category when submitting your payment. If you have bookmarked the previous payment site (Official Payments), we recommend updating your links.
