• Safety First: The safety of our children is paramount. Our current equipment doesn’t meet current American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards, nor does it include safety improvements that are found in newer playground equipment.
• Social Inclusion: A well-designed playground supports children of all abilities, fosters creativity, and develops problem-solving skills and social development. By supporting our playground project, you’re investing in the future growth of our younger generations.
• Physical and Mental Health: Playgrounds encourage physical recreation through active play, which improves childrens’ strength, coordination and overall fitness. They also promote social interactions and imaginative play, contributing to better mental health and emotional development.
• Community Hub: Our playground is more than just a play area. It is part of a community hub, a gathering place for families, a venue for neighborhood events, and a symbol of our collective commitment to the betterment of our community.

Our goal is to raise $325,000 which will cover the expenses of new equipment and landscaping improvements. The only way this project can be done is through private donations and grant funding.
